Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries, halved lengthwise
- 1 cup (160g) ripe mango, peeled and diced into 1/4 inch cubes
- 1 cup (140g) fresh pineapple, finely diced
- 1 large (120g) banana, sliced into thin coins
- 1 cup (150g) green grapes, quartered lengthwise
- 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup
Instructions:
- Carefully slice all fruits. Quarter the grapes and halve the blueberries lengthwise to eliminate choking hazards. Dice the mango and pineapple into consistent, pea-sized pieces to ensure they are easy for a toddler to manage.
- Place the prepared fruits into a non-reactive mixing bowl. Gently fold the fruit from the bottom up to prevent the softer fruits, like bananas and strawberries, from bruising.
- Whisk the orange juice, lime juice, and maple syrup in a small ramekin. Drizzle the mixture over the fruit and toss gently until glistening.
