Ingredients:

  • 125 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 255 g creamy peanut butter
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 115 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 255 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 32 g creamy peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a large bowl. Stir until the mixture is a uniform paste. Press the mixture into the bottom of a parchment-lined pan.
  2. Place chocolate chips and the remaining 2 tbsp of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled peanut butter base. Spread it carefully to the edges for a smooth surface.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then slice into 20 equal squares.
