Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 can (14 oz / 397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an inch of overhang on the sides, and lightly grease the lining with cooking spray.
- Combine the peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe glass bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, remove and stir vigorously. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth, glossy, and no lumps remain.
- Pour the molten mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula until level.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the center is firm to the touch.
