Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an inch of overhang on the sides, and lightly grease the lining with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe glass bowl.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute, remove and stir vigorously. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth, glossy, and no lumps remain.
  4. Pour the molten mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula until level.
  5. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the center is firm to the touch.
