Ingredients:
- 225 g cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 60 g sour cream, chilled
- 5 g lemon juice
- 115 g sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 8 g ranch seasoning powder
- 15 g green onions, finely minced
- 1.5 g garlic powder
- 60 g chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
- 4 g fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Combine the softened cream cheese, chilled sour cream, and lemon juice in your mixing bowl. Beat until the mixture is velvety and free of lumps.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, minced green onions, and garlic powder. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Scoop the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Roll the cheese into a tight sphere and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
- Remove the chilled cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll the sphere in the toasted nuts and fresh parsley.
