Ingredients:

  • 225 g cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 60 g sour cream, chilled
  • 5 g lemon juice
  • 115 g sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 8 g ranch seasoning powder
  • 15 g green onions, finely minced
  • 1.5 g garlic powder
  • 60 g chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
  • 4 g fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, chilled sour cream, and lemon juice in your mixing bowl. Beat until the mixture is velvety and free of lumps.
  2. Fold in the shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, minced green onions, and garlic powder. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Roll the cheese into a tight sphere and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
  4. Remove the chilled cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll the sphere in the toasted nuts and fresh parsley.
