Ingredients:

  • 60ml (2 oz) Silver/Blanco Tequila (100% Agave)
  • 30ml (1 oz) White Cranberry Juice
  • 15ml (0.5 oz) Orange Liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
  • 30ml (1 oz) Cream of Coconut
  • 15ml (0.5 oz) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Coarse Sea Salt (for rim)
  • 1 tbsp White Sparkling Sanding Sugar (for rim)
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lime Zest (for rim)
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig
  • 1 Dehydrated Lime Wheel

Instructions:

  1. On a small shallow plate, combine the coarse sea salt, white sanding sugar, and fresh lime zest. Mix well to create the frosted rim mixture.
  2. Run a lime wedge around the entire rim of a rocks or coupe glass. Invert the glass into the salt-sugar mixture and rotate gently to coat.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with large ice cubes. Add the tequila, white cranberry juice, orange liqueur, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
  4. Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds to emulsify the coconut fats and create a stable, opaque liquid.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass without ice.
  6. Garnish with fresh cranberries, a sprig of rosemary, and a dehydrated lime wheel.
