Ingredients:
- 60ml (2 oz) Silver/Blanco Tequila (100% Agave)
- 30ml (1 oz) White Cranberry Juice
- 15ml (0.5 oz) Orange Liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
- 30ml (1 oz) Cream of Coconut
- 15ml (0.5 oz) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Coarse Sea Salt (for rim)
- 1 tbsp White Sparkling Sanding Sugar (for rim)
- 1 tsp Fresh Lime Zest (for rim)
- 1 Lime wedge
- Fresh Cranberries
- 1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig
- 1 Dehydrated Lime Wheel
Instructions:
- On a small shallow plate, combine the coarse sea salt, white sanding sugar, and fresh lime zest. Mix well to create the frosted rim mixture.
- Run a lime wedge around the entire rim of a rocks or coupe glass. Invert the glass into the salt-sugar mixture and rotate gently to coat.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with large ice cubes. Add the tequila, white cranberry juice, orange liqueur, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
- Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds to emulsify the coconut fats and create a stable, opaque liquid.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass without ice.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries, a sprig of rosemary, and a dehydrated lime wheel.
