Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp granulated white sugar
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 1/4 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, granulated sugar, and boiling water.
- Using an electric hand mixer, whip the coffee mixture on high speed for 2 minutes until it forms a thick, mahogany-colored foam with stiff peaks.
- In a separate chilled bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture reaches medium-stiff peaks.
- Pour 1 cup of cold milk into a tall glass.
- Gently spoon the mascarpone cream over the milk, then layer the whipped coffee foam on top.
- Using a fine-mesh sieve, dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder and serve immediately.
