Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup (60g) frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (21g) honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk, Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract into the blender. Note: This creates the liquid vortex.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks on top of the liquids.
  3. Add the frozen pineapple chunks.
  4. Start the blender on the lowest setting. Wait until you hear the chunks breaking before moving up.
  5. Quickly increase to high speed.
  6. Blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture looks velvety and swirls smoothly.
  7. Stop the blender and use a spatula to check the edges for any unblended fruit.
  8. Pour into glasses. Note: If it's too thick, stir in a splash more milk.
