Instructions:
- Place the frozen mixed berries into a high-speed blender or food processor and pulse in short bursts until the fruit is broken down into small, pea-sized crumbles.
- Add the Greek yogurt to the fruit crumbles and blend on medium-high speed.
- Use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides every 30 seconds to ensure all fruit is incorporated.
- Continue blending for another 60 seconds until the mixture is glossy, smooth, and a uniform color.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to an airtight freezer-safe container and chill for 2 hours for a firmer, scoopable finish.
