Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl and beat on medium-high speed for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely pliable and smooth.
  2. Slowly add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Start the mixer on low to avoid powder clouds, then increase to medium speed and beat until the sugar is fully incorporated and the dip looks uniform and glossy.
  3. Check the consistency and add heavy cream one tablespoon at a time, beating briefly after each addition, until the dip reaches a billowy consistency.
