Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Crown Royal Peach Whisky
  • 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1.0 oz unsweetened black tea
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 3.0 oz ginger ale
  • 2 fresh peach slices
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Chill your highball glass or copper mug in the freezer or by filling it with ice water for 3 minutes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Crown Royal Peach Whisky, filtered lemon juice, unsweetened black tea, and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with large ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10 seconds to achieve a flash-chill and high-frequency aeration.
  4. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass filled with fresh ice using a Hawthorne strainer.
  5. Slowly pour the ginger ale down the side of the glass to maintain carbonation.
  6. Slap the fresh mint sprig between your palms to release aromatic oils and garnish with the peach slices.
