Ingredients:

  • 750 ml Pink Moscato, chilled
  • 1.5 cups Citrus-infused Vodka
  • 3 cups Premium Pink Lemonade
  • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 Whole Lemons, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Liter Lemon-Lime Sparkling Water
  • 2 cups Large Ice Cubes

Instructions:

  1. Macerate the Fruit Base: In a small bowl, combine sliced strawberries with 0.5 cup of the citrus vodka. Let sit for 10 minutes to extract natural pigments and sugars.
  2. Build the Foundation: In a large 3-quart glass pitcher, combine the remaining vodka, pink lemonade, and lemon slices. Add the macerated strawberries along with their liquid. Stir gently.
  3. Optional Chilling: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Add Effervescence: Just before serving, slowly pour the chilled Pink Moscato and the lemon-lime sparkling water into the pitcher.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Slap the fresh mint leaves between your palms to release oils and add them to the pitcher. Add large ice cubes and stir once very slowly to maintain carbonation.
