- 2 cups (480ml) Pink Lemonade (low-sugar or diet variety recommended)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup (about 30g) Fresh Raspberries or Strawberries (optional)
- 4 oz (120ml) Vodka (or Gin, or Light Rum)
- 1 cup (240ml) Sparkling Water (or Soda Water, or sugar-free Lemon-Lime Soda like Sprite Zero)
- Lemon Slices or Wedges (for garnish)
- Fresh Mint Sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Combine the pink lemonade, fresh lemon juice, your chosen spirit (vodka, gin, or light rum), and optional fresh raspberries or strawberries in a pitcher or shaker.
- Stir or gently shake the mixture until well combined and chilled. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Fill four cocktail glasses generously with ice.
- Divide the pink lemonade mixture evenly among the ice-filled glasses.
- Top each cocktail with approximately 1/4 cup of sparkling water, soda water, or sugar-free lemon-lime soda for an effervescent finish.
- Garnish each serving with a fresh lemon slice or wedge and a sprig of fresh mint before serving immediately.
