Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (64g) creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Granny Smith apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (75g) celery stalks, cut into sticks
  • 1/2 cup (75g) red grapes, chilled
  • 3 pieces (24g) Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp (15g) raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup (15g) mini pretzels

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and sea salt. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and glossy. If the peanut butter is too stiff, microwave it for 10 seconds.
  2. Slice the apples into uniform wedges and cut the celery into 3-inch sticks. Wash and pat the grapes dry.
  3. Place the peanut butter dip in the center of a plate or charcuterie board.
  4. Radiate the apple slices, celery, and grapes outward from the center dip. Fill remaining gaps with Medjool dates, almonds, and mini pretzels.
