Ingredients:

  • 750 ml Moscato d'Asti
  • 1 cup sour apple schnapps
  • 0.5 cup green apple syrup
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples, sliced
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 12 oz lemon-lime soda

Instructions:

  1. Place the sliced Granny Smith apples and lemon rounds at the bottom of a large 64 oz glass pitcher.
  2. Pour the sour apple schnapps and green apple syrup over the fruit. Stir gently and let sit for 2 minutes to allow the fruit to macerate and release juices.
  3. Add the pineapple juice and the full bottle of chilled Moscato d'Asti to the pitcher.
  4. Gently stir the mixture with a long-handled spoon to combine the syrup and wine without dissipating the natural carbonation.
  5. Just before serving, top the pitcher with chilled lemon-lime soda and serve in wine goblets over fresh ice.
