Ingredients:
- 750 ml Moscato d'Asti
- 1 cup sour apple schnapps
- 0.5 cup green apple syrup
- 0.5 cup pineapple juice
- 2 large Granny Smith apples, sliced
- 1 medium lemon, sliced into rounds
- 12 oz lemon-lime soda
Instructions:
- Place the sliced Granny Smith apples and lemon rounds at the bottom of a large 64 oz glass pitcher.
- Pour the sour apple schnapps and green apple syrup over the fruit. Stir gently and let sit for 2 minutes to allow the fruit to macerate and release juices.
- Add the pineapple juice and the full bottle of chilled Moscato d'Asti to the pitcher.
- Gently stir the mixture with a long-handled spoon to combine the syrup and wine without dissipating the natural carbonation.
- Just before serving, top the pitcher with chilled lemon-lime soda and serve in wine goblets over fresh ice.
