  • 1/2 cup (65g) dried cranberries (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup (60g) dried apricots, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup (85g) dark chocolate chips (certified nut-free)
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Combine the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and toasted cereal in a large mixing bowl and toss them together using a wide spoon to ensure seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Fold in the diced apricots and dried cranberries, stirring gently until the fruit is interspersed throughout the mix.
  3. Sprinkle the sea salt and cinnamon over the top and fold one last time.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
