- 1 cup (120g) roasted sunflower seeds
- 2 cups (100g) toasted oat cereal or puffed rice cereal
- 1/2 cup (65g) dried cranberries (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup (60g) dried apricots, finely diced
- 1/2 cup (85g) dark chocolate chips (certified nut-free)
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
- 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Combine the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and toasted cereal in a large mixing bowl and toss them together using a wide spoon to ensure seeds are evenly distributed.
- Fold in the diced apricots and dried cranberries, stirring gently until the fruit is interspersed throughout the mix.
- Sprinkle the sea salt and cinnamon over the top and fold one last time.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
