Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz London Dry Gin
- 0.5 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Honey Syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 3.5 oz Chilled Brut Champagne
- 1 tsp Edible Gold Luster Dust or Gold Sanding Sugar
- 1 Lemon Twist
Instructions:
- Moisten the rim of a chilled flute or coupe glass with a lemon wedge and dip into edible gold luster dust or gold sugar to create a festive rim.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is frosty and the ingredients are thoroughly chilled.
- Fine strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Top slowly with chilled Brut Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist expressed over the surface.
