Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480ml) Coconut water (unsweetened)
  • 2 cups (480ml) Filtered water
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Raw honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze lemons and oranges to obtain the required measurements, straining out seeds and large pulp clumps for a smooth texture.
  2. Combine coconut water, filtered water, sea salt, and optional sweetener in a pitcher. Whisk vigorously or use a handheld frother until salt crystals are completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in the fresh orange and lemon juices until the liquid is uniform.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve over ice.
