Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480ml) Coconut water (unsweetened)
- 2 cups (480ml) Filtered water
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 tsp (3g) Sea salt
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Raw honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
- Squeeze lemons and oranges to obtain the required measurements, straining out seeds and large pulp clumps for a smooth texture.
- Combine coconut water, filtered water, sea salt, and optional sweetener in a pitcher. Whisk vigorously or use a handheld frother until salt crystals are completely dissolved.
- Stir in the fresh orange and lemon juices until the liquid is uniform.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve over ice.
