Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cans (11 oz each) mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained and pressed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, patted dry
Instructions:
- Drain the mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple through a fine-mesh strainer. Press the pineapple firmly with the back of a spoon to expel all excess juice.
- Combine the cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mix in a bowl. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping using a rubber spatula until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Carefully fold in the drained mandarins, pressed pineapple, marshmallows, and cherries using a cut-and-fold motion to maintain air volume.
- Transfer the mixture to a chilled bowl or airtight container, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
