Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup (55g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (50g) superfine almond flour
- 1/3 cup (60g) powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
- 1/3 cup (60g) sugar-free mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Beat the softened cream cheese and butter together using a hand mixer on medium speed until the mixture is pale, airy, and completely smooth.
- Slowly add the powdered sweetener, almond flour, and salt. Mix on low speed just until combined, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips by hand until evenly distributed.
