Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup (55g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (50g) superfine almond flour
  • 1/3 cup (60g) powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
  • 1/3 cup (60g) sugar-free mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and butter together using a hand mixer on medium speed until the mixture is pale, airy, and completely smooth.
  2. Slowly add the powdered sweetener, almond flour, and salt. Mix on low speed just until combined, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips by hand until evenly distributed.
