Ingredients:

  • 60 oz distilled water
  • 1 bag organic dandelion root tea
  • 1 tbsp pure unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Boil 4 ounces of the distilled water. Steep the dandelion root tea bag for 5 to 7 minutes until dark and amber-colored. Remove the tea bag and let cool slightly.
  2. Fill a large 64 oz glass pitcher with the remaining 56 ounces of distilled water.
  3. Pour the concentrated steeped tea, 1 tablespoon of pure cranberry juice, and 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice into the pitcher.
  4. Add the optional unflavored gelatin packet if using for satiety, and stir vigorously with a long spoon until all ingredients are fully integrated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Consume the entire 60-ounce batch throughout the day, finishing at least 2 hours before sleep.
