Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut water
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cream of tartar

Instructions:

  1. Pour the raw honey (or maple syrup) and sea salt into the bottom of the pitcher. Add 1/4 cup (60ml) of the filtered water—warm it slightly in the microwave if the honey is too thick. Use a handheld frother or whisk to blend until the salt is completely dissolved and the honey is fully integrated.
  2. Slowly pour in the lemon juice and lime juice. Stir vigorously to create a smooth, cohesive syrup base.
  3. Pour in the coconut water and the remaining filtered water. Stir for 30 seconds until the color is a uniform, pale citrus hue.
  4. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill before serving.
