Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut water
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 pinch cream of tartar
Instructions:
- Pour the raw honey (or maple syrup) and sea salt into the bottom of the pitcher. Add 1/4 cup (60ml) of the filtered water—warm it slightly in the microwave if the honey is too thick. Use a handheld frother or whisk to blend until the salt is completely dissolved and the honey is fully integrated.
- Slowly pour in the lemon juice and lime juice. Stir vigorously to create a smooth, cohesive syrup base.
- Pour in the coconut water and the remaining filtered water. Stir for 30 seconds until the color is a uniform, pale citrus hue.
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill before serving.
