  • 1/2 cup (60g) dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1/2 cup (60g) dried apricots, diced small

Instructions:

  1. Pour the air-popped popcorn and whole-grain pretzels into an extra-large mixing bowl first to prevent them from being crushed by heavier ingredients.
  2. Fold in the almonds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and roasted chickpeas using a gentle folding motion. Add the dried cranberries and diced apricots, tossing until evenly distributed.
