Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (245g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (42g) Honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp (1g) Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (2g) Fresh Lemon Zest
  • Pinch (1g) Salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously for 60 seconds until the mixture is glossy and smooth with no visible streaks of honey.
  2. Fold in the ground cinnamon, lemon zest, and salt. Stir gently until the cinnamon is evenly distributed and the dip is fragrant.
  3. Give the dip one final whip with the whisk to incorporate air and lighten the density. Taste and adjust honey if a sweeter profile is preferred.
