Ingredients:
- 1 cup (245g) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp (42g) Honey
- 1 tsp (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp (1g) Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp (2g) Fresh Lemon Zest
- Pinch (1g) Salt
Instructions:
- Combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously for 60 seconds until the mixture is glossy and smooth with no visible streaks of honey.
- Fold in the ground cinnamon, lemon zest, and salt. Stir gently until the cinnamon is evenly distributed and the dip is fragrant.
- Give the dip one final whip with the whisk to incorporate air and lighten the density. Taste and adjust honey if a sweeter profile is preferred.
