Ingredients:

  • 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, microplaned
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup additional grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan thoroughly with olive oil. Using a bench scraper or knife, divide the dough into 1-inch pieces and roll them gently into small rounds.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and the first 1/2 cup of Parmesan. Add the dough rounds to the bowl and toss gently until every piece is fully submerged and well-coated.
  3. Arrange the coated bites in the prepared pan so they are touching but not packed tightly. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the tops reach a deep golden brown and the cheese is toasted.
  4. Remove from the oven and immediately brush any remaining garlic butter from the bowl over the hot bread. Sprinkle with the additional 1/4 cup Parmesan, fresh parsley, and flaky sea salt. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
