Ingredients:
- 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, microplaned
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup additional grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan thoroughly with olive oil. Using a bench scraper or knife, divide the dough into 1-inch pieces and roll them gently into small rounds.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and the first 1/2 cup of Parmesan. Add the dough rounds to the bowl and toss gently until every piece is fully submerged and well-coated.
- Arrange the coated bites in the prepared pan so they are touching but not packed tightly. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the tops reach a deep golden brown and the cheese is toasted.
- Remove from the oven and immediately brush any remaining garlic butter from the bowl over the hot bread. Sprinkle with the additional 1/4 cup Parmesan, fresh parsley, and flaky sea salt. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
