- 6 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1 medium banana, sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Use a spatula to fold and stir the mixture until it is glossy and completely smooth with no lumps.
- Lay a tortilla flat on your workspace and spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the surface, leaving a small margin at the edge.
- Arrange a line of sliced strawberries, banana, and blueberries across the center of the wrap, nestling the fruit into the cheese.
- Starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla tightly over the fruit.
- Wrap each cylinder tightly in plastic wrap to maintain the shape.
- Place the wraps in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the cream cheese to firm up before slicing.
