  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium banana, sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Use a spatula to fold and stir the mixture until it is glossy and completely smooth with no lumps.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on your workspace and spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the surface, leaving a small margin at the edge.
  4. Arrange a line of sliced strawberries, banana, and blueberries across the center of the wrap, nestling the fruit into the cheese.
  5. Starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla tightly over the fruit.
  6. Wrap each cylinder tightly in plastic wrap to maintain the shape.
  7. Place the wraps in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the cream cheese to firm up before slicing.
