- 75g fresh blueberries or raspberries
- 1 small crisp apple (approx. 150g), sliced
- 50g green grapes, halved lengthwise
- 40g sharp white cheddar, cubed
- 1 mozzarella string cheese (28g), sliced into coins
- 30g whole grain crackers
- 15g pumpkin seeds
- 7g honey
Instructions:
- Slice the apple into wedges and lightly toss in 7g honey mixed with a teaspoon of water.
- Place the blueberries, grapes, and apple slices in the largest compartment of the bento box.
- Arrange the cubed cheddar and mozzarella coins in the medium compartment, keeping them separate from the 'wet' fruit.
- Place the whole grain crackers and pumpkin seeds in the smallest, driest compartment to maintain their crunch.
- Add a small airtight container of honey for dipping if desired, and place a bento fork or pick over the cheese sections before sealing the box.
