Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (80g) Small pasta stars (Stelline)
- 2 cups (480ml) Low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 pinch (1g) Salt
- 2 tbsp (28g) Unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup (25g) Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch (0.5g) Black pepper
Instructions:
- Pour the chicken broth into the saucepan and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in the small pasta stars. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring frequently for 6–8 minutes, or until the pasta is tender but still holds its shape.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the cold butter and grated Parmesan cheese vigorously until the fats melt into the starchy broth, creating a glossy finish.
- Season with black pepper and serve.
