Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 0.5 cup pineapple juice
- 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
- Pour the pineapple juice and coconut milk into the blender first to create a vortex for the solids.
- Add the Greek yogurt to the liquid base.
- Pile the frozen pineapple chunks on top of the yogurt.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and pulse 5-6 times until the fruit is broken into small bits.
- Drizzle in the honey.
- Increase the speed to high and blend for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is completely uniform and velvety.
- Stop the blender and stir with a spoon to check for any hidden chunks.
- Pour immediately into a glass.
