Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (160g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 medium banana, fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup (125g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.75 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Add the liquid base (almond milk and lime juice) to the blender first, followed by the Greek yogurt to prevent the blades from stalling.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks, strawberries, and banana on top of the liquids.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly ramp up to high. Use a tamper or stop to scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure a uniform blend.
  4. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency. Adjust thickness with extra almond milk if a more drinkable consistency is desired.
