Ingredients:
- 1 cup (160g) frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries
- 0.5 medium banana, fresh or frozen
- 0.5 cup (125g) plain Greek yogurt
- 0.75 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Add the liquid base (almond milk and lime juice) to the blender first, followed by the Greek yogurt to prevent the blades from stalling.
- Add the frozen mango chunks, strawberries, and banana on top of the liquids.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly ramp up to high. Use a tamper or stop to scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure a uniform blend.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency. Adjust thickness with extra almond milk if a more drinkable consistency is desired.
