Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp dried chives
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and use a handheld electric mixer on medium speed to whip for 60 seconds until light and airy. Slowly add the sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing until just combined and smooth.
- Sprinkle the dried parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the base. Add the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Use a silicone spatula to gently fold the ingredients together by hand to maintain the thickness of the sour cream.
- For optimal flavor development, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow the dried herbs to rehydrate and the flavors to bloom.
