Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and use a handheld electric mixer on medium speed to whip for 60 seconds until light and airy. Slowly add the sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing until just combined and smooth.
  2. Sprinkle the dried parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the base. Add the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Use a silicone spatula to gently fold the ingredients together by hand to maintain the thickness of the sour cream.
  3. For optimal flavor development, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow the dried herbs to rehydrate and the flavors to bloom.
