  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 6 whole grain crackers

Instructions:

  1. Slice the cucumber and red bell pepper into uniform batons.
  2. Pat the chilled pre-cooked chicken breast dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Place the chicken breast in the main compartment of the bento box.
  4. Position the hard-boiled egg in a smaller corner compartment to prevent it from bruising the softer produce.
  5. Tuck the baby carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers into the medium compartments.
  6. Place the whole grain crackers in the final dry section, ensuring they do not touch the hummus or damp vegetables.
  7. Spoon the hummus into the smallest leak-proof divider.
  8. Fill the remaining gap with blueberries for a natural, sweet finish.
