Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 frozen banana (60g)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk into the blender first, followed by the protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the frozen banana chunks and almond butter. Add ice cubes if a frostier texture is preferred.
- Start the blender on a low setting to break up the frozen fruit, then increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until smooth and glossy.
- Drizzle maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon around the inner rim of a glass, then pour the shake over the drizzle to create a swirl effect.
