Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana (60g)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk into the blender first, followed by the protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add the frozen banana chunks and almond butter. Add ice cubes if a frostier texture is preferred.
  3. Start the blender on a low setting to break up the frozen fruit, then increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until smooth and glossy.
  4. Drizzle maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon around the inner rim of a glass, then pour the shake over the drizzle to create a swirl effect.
