Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 large Frozen Banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp (15g) Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp (5g) Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Pour the 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1/4 cup of non fat Greek yogurt into the blender canister first. Note: Liquid at the bottom prevents the dry powder from sticking to the blades.
- Add the 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder and 1 tbsp of dark cocoa powder directly onto the liquid.
- Drop in the 1/8 tsp of sea salt. Note: Adding salt early ensures it dissolves completely into the base.
- Place the 1 large frozen banana (sliced into pieces) and the 1 tbsp of creamy peanut butter into the canister.
- Secure the lid tightly and start the blender on its lowest speed setting.
- Quickly ramp up the speed to the highest setting.
- Blend for 45–60 seconds until a smooth vortex forms in the center.
- Stop the blender once you see no visible chunks of banana or clumps of powder.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately while the temperature is at its lowest.
