Ingredients:

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir with a spatula until the mixture is smooth and no dry flour streaks remain.
  3. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  4. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Remove from the oven when edges are set and slightly golden, even if centers appear slightly underbaked.
