- 1 tbsp avocado mash
Instructions:
- Ensure all items are toddler-safe. Cut grapes, cherry tomatoes, or large blueberries lengthwise into quarters. Slice carrots into thin strips (not rounds) to prevent choking. Ensure all textures are soft enough to be mashed between two fingers.
- Place the 'Safe Food' (the item your toddler always eats) in the center of the plate first.
- Arrange the protein in one section and the grains in another.
- Fill the remaining half of the plate with the two produce choices to create a visual balance.
- Place the dip (the 'glue') in a small condiment bowl or a designated section of the tray, positioned centrally for easy dipping.
