Ingredients:

  • 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese, rind-on
  • 1/3 cup fig jam
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely minced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the Brie wheel in the center of a 6-inch oven-safe ceramic baking dish or small cast-iron skillet.
  2. Using a sharp knife, gently score the top rind of the cheese in a crosshatch pattern, cutting approximately 1/8 inch deep.
  3. Spread the fig jam evenly over the scored top of the Brie, extending slightly over the edges.
  4. Press the chopped walnuts and minced rosemary into the jam so they adhere to the surface.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the jam is simmering at the edges and the center of the cheese feels soft when gently pressed.
